Being happy with your purchase: Whilst I try to make sure that the photo's represent the yarn as accurately as possible I appreciate that when it gets to you it might not be quite what you wanted. If this is the case, then get in touch straight away to let me know and when I receive the yarn back in it's original condition I'll issue an exchange or refund.  

Postage: All orders over £40 are free for postage, and it's £3.50 for any package under £40 in value.
