Collection: Poison Yarn Range

I was inspired to create this collection of yarns after visiting to the Poison Garden at The Alnwick Gardens.

I was struck by both the range of colours in the planting and the range of plants that were in the garden, from the highly deadly Bella Donna to the more everyday Camellia Sinensis (otherwise known as good old fashioned tea).

The resulting collection is my interpretation of these remarkable plants using my non-lethal dyeing methods!
