All the way from the Shetland Islands this combed tops from Jamieson & Smith is hand selected from the best fleeces each season, and is obtained from the neck and shoulder part of the fleece.
The wool is carded and then combed to separate the long fibres from the short. Combing also sets the fibres parallel to each other in preparation for spinning.
I'm selling it in 100g increments, but if you want more just add 2 (for 200g), 3 (for 300g) or however many to your cart.
The colour is Light grey, but it does have a fawn tone to it.
